Mr. Jerk is not completely gluten-free. While we do not use flour and use cornstarch instead, some of our sauces — such as soy sauce — may contain traces of gluten. Our curries are generally gluten-free as they are made with only curry powder, raw ingredients, and cornstarch with no soy sauce.
